In Bangladesh, a significant portion of the workforce comprises migrant workers who seek employment opportunities abroad. While these workers contribute significantly to the country's economy, they often face various challenges, including exploitation, unsafe working conditions, and limited access to rights and protections. To address these issues, a new trade union dedicated to migrant workers' rights has emerged in Bangladesh.

Migrant workers from Bangladesh travel to countries around the world in search of better employment prospects. However, once abroad, they can find themselves vulnerable to exploitation by unscrupulous employers and human traffickers.
