A Global South Agenda Takes Center Stage

The G20 summit in Rio de Janeiro, presided over by Brazil's President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, marked a historic moment with a sharp focus on the Global South's priorities. Central themes such as climate action, poverty alleviation, and taxing billionaires reflected an agenda designed to foster global equity and sustainability.
