UK Workers Are Using AI For Better Work-Life Balance

According to a recent study, workers in the UK are using artificial intelligence (AI) to achieve a better work-life balance.

To take extra time off from work, over half of UK professionals use generative AI at least once a week. According to UK workers, chat bots for repetitive and time-consuming jobs have enhanced productivity.

2,002 UK workers in office-based and remote roles participated in a poll that was performed by the business management consulting firm Accenture. The study was carried out between August 29 and September 1. According to the study, AI may have aided UK workers in achieving work-life balance.

The survey found that 30% of UK employees desire to free up time so they can concentrate more on their lives outside of work. AI effectiveness improved the work-life balance of UK workers.

More than 25% of the workers surveyed claimed that AI allowed them to complete quality work in less hours. AI also aided personnel in data analysis and operating procedures.

A different study by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology found that AI enhanced workers’ efficiency, particularly when it came to writing or administrative jobs.

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology study also discovered that those aged 18 to 24 used AI the most, while those 55 and older used it at least once a week.
