Spanish Maritime Rescuers Search for Missing Fishing Boat with African Migrants






Spanish maritime rescue teams have been tirelessly searching for a fishing boat believed to be carrying over 200 African migrants. The vessel, which reportedly set sail from Kafountine in southern Senegal, vanished more than a week ago off the coast of the Canary Islands, approximately 1,700 kilometers away from Tenerife.
