A shocking incident at Brown's Food Company, a dairy factory in Kenya, has sparked outrage as three senior managers were arrested for subjecting female workers to strip searches. The degrading act was carried out in an attempt to identify the individual responsible for misplacing a used sanitary pad in the wrong bin. The incident came to light when Kenyan Senator Gloria Orwoba shared a distressing video on social media, leading to widespread condemnation and calls for justice.

The incident unfolded when the quality assurance manager discovered a used sanitary towel in a bin not designated for the disposal of such items. In a misguided attempt to find the person responsible, the manager gathered all the female workers and demanded answers. When no one admitted to the act, he ordered a distressing strip search, forcing the women to undress in search of the culprit.
