New study ranks New Zealand first in the world for work-life balance
In a recent study conducted by Remote, New Zealand has emerged as the global leader in work-life balance. With a remarkable score of 79.35 out of 100, New Zealand claimed the top spot, outshining 59 other high GDP countries in the race for optimal work-life equilibrium.
The study evaluated various factors, including sick leave policies, maternity leave provisions, minimum wage regulations, accessibility of a universal healthcare system, average working hours, public happiness, and LGBTQ+ inclusivity. New Zealand showcased exceptional performance in these areas, contributing to its well-deserved recognition.
